There are no onchain activities in the project right now, except for Discord contributions.
So why is this such a big deal?
Third-party projects were already giving out drops for Monad discord roles.
Wormhole distributed $8k $W ($12k) to everyone with the role of Nads and above. I’m sure this won’t be the last drop, check out the entire Monad ecosystem here.
That’s why the project discord is almost the only place to contribute. The main focus of the team right now is on building, but they don’t forget about discord development, devoting quite a lot of time to it.
Since roles are quite difficult to get, there won’t be a large number of people here. And now imagine — dash 1 project, which is very appreciated by the community and which will not give out to 300–500k people (testnet we do not take, other activity). If even an ecosystem project gave away 12k$ for the role, just imagine what Monad itself is capable of. Imagine? What do you think?

First we need to get the full access role to access all branches in discord. This is pretty easy, just be a little active in chat. Now we have full access and can get down to the basics.
The Nads role is given for being active in chat rooms, helping other members and benefiting the project. That is, you can both help in chat and be creative and do something that will be very valuable to the project:
For example, make a beautiful and high-quality website of the whole project ecosystem, a bot, some cool stickers, memes, art, media support — anything, but that it really has some value for the project.

If you still decide to counterribute with messages — it is important to really benefit the project, one or two days to write “GM”, “Hi, how are u?” will not work. Monad is about quality. You can spend weeks of time on it and get nothing, keep that in mind. But if you persevere, reach your goal, get the respect of the team, other contributors and get the Nads role — trust me, your efforts will be very generously rewarded!
Another important thing is that a Contributor who already has a Nads role can nominate you for the role. It doesn’t mean you’ll get it, but it will definitely get you that much closer to it. The person can show your work, introduce you and argue why you are a good contender for the role. So always try to be open to everyone, especially people with a role above yours!
