Turner pointed out the potential for substantial growth in the native tokens of these layer-3 projects. He identified Degen Base (DEGEN) and Xai (XAI) as his top picks in this category.
Degen Base, associated with the Base layer-2 project backed by Coinbase, initially launched as a meme coin and now incentivizes user engagement on Farcaster, a decentralized social media platform similar to Twitter.
