Can we talk about “censorship resistance” in light of current events? This is from ethereum.org : ethereum

I’d like to honestly and civilly discuss this idea.

Ethereum.org lists an attribute of Dapps as “free from censorship”, saying that if Twitter existed on the blockchain, “no one could block your account or stop you from tweeting”. That seems… like a really bad idea in reality.
Given current events, how do we envision a future of censorship resistant Dapps in the context of hate speech? Though there are merits to decentralized censorship resistant apps, what about content moderation? What about illegal content?
