Accidentally send ETH to Polygon address

SOLVED

I wanted to withdraw ETH from Kraken to my Ethereum address on my ledger. So I added the address to my Kraken account and it gave me the prompt, from what I thought, to choose through which network I wanted to send it. I chose Polygon, as it was the cheapes.

However, after clicking send, I realised how stupid I was. I did not send ETH through polygon to my Ethereum address. Instead, I send ETH to a Polygon address.

Is there any way to recover my ETH, as I send it to an address I do own on the Ethereum chain? I now realise I have less knowledge about than I thought, so please let me know if you need any more information.
